The convention was signed by MNLA’s Bey Dik Man and Ansar eddine’s Mohamed Aghrib. It contains six clauses related to security in the region.

MNLA and Ansar Eddine’s representatives said the fight against kidnapping of foreign nationals will be carried out through available capacities, meditation and contacts during negotiations.
