Algeria: Army kills 2 terrorists

Algerian national army troops Sunday killed 2 terrorists in Boudouaou, Boumerdes (50 km east of Algiers).

• This operation enabled the army to retrieve their weapons after a violent clash which lasted for almost an hour.
• According to security sources, the operation begun following information on suspicious terrorists and the murder of a waiter. Security forces immediately opened an investigation on the assassination attempt as well as the suspicious movements that raised doubts among residents there.

• The army forces surrounded roads neighbouring Boudouaou. That allowed finding out where the terrorists were hiding.
