Leader of the Movement of Society for Peace (MSP) Abderrezak Mokri Thursday said an Algerian commission will launch another aid convoy bound for Gaza after the end of the fasting month of Ramadan.
-
The convoy will go to Gaza by land and sea to “embarrass Israeli occupation authorities and their Arab allies who contributed in the embargo,” said Mokri.

In a ceremony dedicated to the Algerian participants in the first convoy, Mokri said the project of lifting the embargo in Gaza will not be stopped by nor Israeli barbaric neither official Arab collusion. “Because of that, I started coordinating with the rest of the commission’s members in Algeria with other Maghrebin countries (Morocco, Tunisia, Mauritania and Libya) to organise a common convoy.”

-
He added that he is expecting that Egypt will impose an official embargo on the convoy. “That will push us to go to Syria and organise a big world gathering.”
-
-
No official signs were shown about the second convoy while people from different Arab countries are keen to participate in it.

-
Sources from the commission told Echorouk the door will be open for people who want to participate soon and conditions will be reasonable. “Thus, the project would not loose its quality and authentic goals.”

Algeria’s largest newspaper Echorouk Al Yaoumi was honoured in the ceremony as it was the exclusive media sponsor of the first convoy.

Ismail Haniya, the Hamas leader in Gaza signed letters to thank all the Algerian participants in the convoy and urge them to take more steps to lift the embargo and save their brothers in Gaza.
