Warden to collect and keep watch on commodities flow everyday
-
-
-
Temporary or definitive closing of markets, large areas or commercial centres is done by virtue of a decision from the prefect upon a proposal from provincial trade department.
-
Managers must appoint a warden in charge of daily collection and handing of commodities flow-related information. Quantities, nature and prices of goods are included as well.
-
That information must be sent to competent provincial department every day.
-
This legal procedure is said to stop distribution processes of commodities and services on unsafe agricultural lands or areas. Construction materials sellers next to Algiers’ international airport constitute an example of that.
