Algeria set to host the final match of the Arab Champions League

In a message posted on its official website, the Football Arab Union Association declared that Algeria has great chances to host the final match of this competition providing that, ESSetif wins its ticket against the Egyptian “Taliaat El Djeich”.

This announcement comes after a tremendous lobby exercised by the Algerian Mohammed Raouraoua to convince the Arab Union officials along  with the satellite channel “ART” to grant Algeria the privilege of hosting this highly praised competition, especially that the Algerian president Abdelaziz Bouteflika will, personally, patron the event.

The Union’s general secretary has set up an organizing committee to supervise the last preparations for the final match set to be either in Egypt or Algiers depending on the result of next Thursday’s match.
