Algeria State Council issues new legal measures

President of State Council Fella Henni said the council will adopt new procedures in lodging complaints starting from April 23.

• State Council and administrative chambers deal with all disagreements in civil service employees and private sector.
• Fella Henni said the new procedures will reinforce the efficiency and credibility of justice because they allow judges to oblige the administration to implement orders.
• In an international conference on legal and civil procedures, Henni added that the new amendments will assure more surveillance over the administration acts toward citizens.
• Naima Menouar, chamber head at the State Council said the new procedures will replace the traditional ones to help judges and speed up files treatments as well.
