Algeria State Council issues new legal measures

President of State Council Fella Henni said the council will adopt new procedures in lodging complaints starting from April 23.

Fella Henni said the new procedures will reinforce the efficiency and credibility of justice because they allow judges to oblige the administration to implement orders.

In an international conference on legal and civil procedures, Henni added that the new amendments will assure more surveillance over the administration acts toward citizens.

Naima Menouar, chamber head at the State Council said the new procedures will replace the traditional ones to help judges and speed up files treatments as well.
