Algeria: strict control of ADDL applications
AADL new applications website is expected to be opened on Sunday as applicants can submit their personal information online as a first step before other procedures.
The Algerian housing minister Abdelmadjid Teboune said the applications will be verified to detect fake documents and stressed the necessity of updating the website.
The ministry will publish a release to explain all the conditions and modes related to applications and the other steps.
Available data show that the same application documents are required.
The ministry will set up a complaints commission in provinces in charge of receiving subcontractors’ complaint. A coordination commission will also be established to consider the possibility of creating national companies in charge of housing projects.
The minister committed to promote enterprises which accomplished their projects according to deadlines and to assist them by granting them a part of the projects according to their available means.
Teboune added that enterprises should conclude partnerships with foreign companies instead of subcontracting.
“The objective by the end of 2014 is to increase housing achievement capacities to 120,000 houses per year.
