Algeria: two hand-made bombs explode in Boumerdes

Two hand-made bombs went off Wednesday in the so-called Souk El Hed area in Boumerdes province (50 km east of Algiers) without causing any casualties, according to security sources.

• The bombs exploded before their supposed time making neither death toll nor material loss, the same sources told Echoroukonline.
• In 2007, three gendarmes were killed in a similar terrorist attack.
• Not far from Souk El Hed, a bomb killed 3 terrorists in the town of Naciria (40 km east of Boumerdes.
• A security check point was supposed to be set up Wednesday morning in the place where the bomb went off. The blast took place before time killing the terrorists who were going to lead the ambush.
