Algerian Energy Minister: referential price for annual budget over 60 dollars per barrel

Algerian Energy Minister Chakib Khalil Saturday said referential price on which the government will be based to prepare the annual budget is between 60 and 65 dollars per barrel.

• The State has allocated $150 billion to achieve a large number of projects in the next 5 years.
• Khalil told Echorouk Algeria’s current problem is not money but is the absence of competent people who can push the projects.
