The Algerian armed forces are still surrounding, in coordination with the anti terrorism services, a number of terrorists and continue their clean up operations in the forest of Echouicha in Zemouri, east of Algiers, following the successful operation in which the Algerian forces eliminated, last week end, the terrorist “H.Hocine” also nicknamed “Bachagha”, leader of Zemouri sub-battalion, which is affiliated under “Al Arqam” battalion, which leader is “Kour Abdelmalek”, also nicknamed “Khaled Abou Souleiman”.

• According to reliable sources of Echorouk, the Algerian forces imposed a tight military siege along the forest pf Echouicha, in order to close the land ports on the terrorists who are surrounded within their caches in different places of the forest, as the military operation is still ongoing.

• Previously, Algerian forces eliminated a terrorist on Tuesday, and recovered his Kalashnikov, in the region of Afire, in the Far East of Boumerdes, east of Algiers.

• The process, according to Echorouk happened following an ambush at the area of Al Hasre, situated in the border region between Aafire, east of Boumerdes and Tigzirt, west of Tizi Ouzou, east of Algiers.

• The terrorist was going to a residential area to ensure the transfer of food for the terrorist groups that are besieged in the forest of Mizrana, before entering in a clash with the security forces which killed him and retrieved his Kalashnikov.

• The terrorist’s body was transferred to the service of preserving the bodies, as his identity is not yet determined; however, our sources confirm that he is 30 to 35 year old.
