Algerian Government not to change governors, ambassadors, Judges

Ministers of the executive branch will meet tomorrow with Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia, in a cabinet meeting of a formal and symbolic nature, more than of the importance, in view of the executive decrees and draft laws of the PM’s agenda, at the time services of planning and studies at the Ministry of Finance still insist on including minor amendments to budget of the draft Finance Act, without compromising the legislative side, as the same situation will continue without a change neither in the sector of governors nor in the judicial sector, and even in the diplomatic corps, which reached its third year without any change in the ranks of ambassadors and consuls, and will not bring any change this season as well.

Despite the Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia insisted on further activity of his ministers regularly, in an attempt to delude the public opinion and drop the inertia and monotony of the situation prevailing in the country in all its aspects, but all indicators, especially the agendas of the government councils, held successively since it resumed activity earlier this month, with the absence of seven ministers, it is revealed that the executive authorities withdrew from their position as a legitimate and legal power with full authority to a service for conducting projects only, as only three draft legal texts carried a degree of importance, and it comes to the draft finance bill for the coming year, the draft budget and the draft law for the amendment of the law on hydrocarbons, and the rest of the executive decrees and draftlaws that were passed are just very usual texts.
