Algerian heavyweight boxing Champion to face French contender

According to the Manager of Algerian heavyweight Champion Mohamed Benguesmia, the latter will face in a 12 round bout a 22 year-old French contender Nabil Hassaine on April 2, 2008 in the sports hall of the town of Boufarik, 40 km west of Algiers.The French boxer is said to be a tough puncher as he won 11 times and lost only 5 boxing matches versus fierce opponents in the European boxing arena.

Benguesmia’s Manager further announced that the Algerian heavyweight was also scheduled to take on a Swiss Champion in Geneva on May 24, 2008.
