Algerian ministry of finance sets new requirements for top managers
Algerian finance minister, Karim Djoudi.
The head of human resources’ department at the ministry of finance, Belkacem Mazari, Tuesday declared that the new system set to be implemented by his sector will bring in-depth changes in the conditions of the recruitment of top managers in the ministry.

This system, according to him will strengthen control in different departments and set up for the first time a scale of excellency in the appointment of top managers on top positions, who will be asked to fulfil a road map. This system will enable a fair evaluation of the managers in the financial sector whose number reaches 61000 employees.

M. Belakacem added that the ministry has started two months ago large scale survey of the present professional conditions of the 61000 employees, in a move to find the best way to guarantee stability and continuity in the sector and of course prepare the future generation of managers for the future challenges.
