Ukrainian police accused you of murder, how did your problems with this country’s justice begin?
-
-
A: I was accused without any proof against me because I’m Algerian and out of this country, everybody declared that I was the one who committed the misdeed and the Ukrainian justice sentenced me to 12 years in prison before being tortured for ten days by the Ukrainian police who forced me to sign a document written in Ukrainian language, which I do not master;

Can you tell us about your conditions?
-
-
I lead a miserable life since three years, isolated in an airless donjon amid nightmares, hunger and illness and didn’t receive medical cares.

-
Why is that you didn’t get in touch with human rights associations or lawyers to explain your case?
-
-
They are doing whatever necessary to bring me down; despite all my writings to different human rights associations nothing has changed.
