Algerian referee Benouza short listed for the 2010 world cup
International Football Association (FIFA) added the name of the Algerian referee , Mohammed Bennouza among the 46 short listed referees across the world to take part in the “COOPER†test slated between 22- 27 October in Switzerland to select the 30 referees for the 2010 world Cup in south Africa.

According to sports website, the selected referees took part in a first series of tests held in Spain and were asked to prepare themselves carefully for the next battery of tests.

Alongside the Algerian referee Benouza, two Arab referees will take part in the next Cooper tests, the Saudi Khallil Djalil and the Omani abdellah Al Hillali.
