Algerian Religious Affairs Minister: evangelisation is new terrorism

Algerian Religious Affairs Minister Bouabdellah Goulamallah
Algerian Religious Affairs Minister Bouabdellah Goulamallah said evangelisation phenomenon in Algeria can be turned into new terrorism posing a danger to the society.
-
- The minister told Echorouk that old churches which have been in Algeria since the independence have nothing to do with the evangelisation.
-
He denied that the so-called evangelists aim at “bringing Algerians to the Paradise through Christianity.”
-
-
“Their objective is to trigger opposition and tension in families and tribes,” he said.
-
“Those tensions may cause clashes and hostility between citizens. Algeria does not need that.”
