Well – informed sources said that an Algerian spy, called Said Sahnoun, who worked shamelessly for the Israeli intelligence services “Mossad” and for Spanish intelligence is desperately imploring the Spanish authorities to grunt him political asylum after he fled Algeria, leaving behind him his wife and his two daughters.

The latter spurned him after knowing that he was a spy for the Israeli Mossad secret services.

Spanish media outlets reported that the Algerian spy aged 50, who had worked for a long time for the Mossad and for Spanish intelligence services, had defected to the transit zone of Madrid’s Barajas airport along with one of his sons, since 22 November, after taking a direct flight to the Spanish capital from an unspecified African coun

He’s beseeching the relevant Spanish authorities to grant him political asylum arguing that he’d worked as a spy for the Spanish secret services.

It should be noted that Said Sahnoun, the spy, was first arrested in 2005 in Algeria and was sentenced in 2007 by a TIzi Ouzou criminal court to ten years in prison on spying charges

After spending five years in detention, he was released under an amnesty in 2012

The “Algerian” spy, Said Sahnoun, had regular contacts with the Israeli Embassy in Ivory Coast and travelled covertly to Israel to take part in training sessions

He was then dispatched by the “Mossad” to Damascus and Beirut to draft reports about the activities of Hezbollah and Hamas. He also sent regular reports to Spanish and Israeli intelligence services about the situation prevailing in his homeland Algeria, an act of sheer treason and betrayal
