First group of Algerian National Football Team arrived on Friday to Murcia (southern Spain) in anticipation of the preparatory training camp before the match against Morocco on June 4 in Marrakech for the CAN 2012 qualifiers (Group D).
Madjid Bougherra (Glasgow Rangers of Scotland), Ismail Bouzid (Heart of Midlothian, Scotland), Rafik Jebbour (Olympikos Greece), and the technical, administrative and medical staff of the team, arrived to Murcia’s La Manga Club Center where the Desert Foxes will gather for a training camp.
The three Algerian internationals share here on Saturday a training camp before the rest of the players will join Murcia gradually, while the whole team will be there on May 30, five days before the upcoming match against the Atlas Lion.
The five Locals, Zemamouche (MCA), goalkeeper Doukha (USMH), Hadj Issa and Khaled Lemmouchia (ESS), and Hellal Soudani (ASO Chlef) will join the team on Sunday after participation in the 23rd round of the Algerian 1st Professional League.
Desert Foxes will stay at Manga Club Center in Murcia ten days before joining Marrakech on 1st June on board of a private jet.
During the first leg on March 27, Desert Foxes won over Atlas Lions (1-0) in Annaba, east of Algeria.
The four team in Group D (Algeria, Morocco, Central Africa and Tanzania) rank 1st with four points.
