An Algerian citizen decided to fill a lawsuit against the Spanish National Police, on charges of abuse of his reputation and attaching false charges related to terrorism, and figuring him as a terrorist who aim to carry out suicide attacks in Spain, at a time he is living in Algeria and specifically in Bordj M’nayel, Boumerdes (eastern Algiers), without any problems, as he is currently working as a chicken trader, married and has kids.

Chabli Malek, who was born in January 29, 1975 in Bordj M’nayal in the Boumerdes region, tells, in an interview with Echorouk, how didthe Spanish police accused him of being a suicide terrorist who is wanted internationally, and has published his picture and name, surname, date of birth on its official website, and showed him as a potential jihadist terrorist, who is ready to carry out suicide bombings on the Spanish territory, along with five other Algerians, as he tells how he faced false accusations.

The Algerian citizen said he had left Spain in May 2004, after serving a prison sentence for two years in a case that has no connection at all with terrorism, but with the issue of forged cash of the former Spanish currency Bezitas, as Echorouk has a copy of the judgment 6f the Spanish National Court, which condemned him to two years in prison and a fine of 30 thousand Bezitas, pointing out that he spent prison and came out of it to work as a simple construction worker in the construction workshops in Spain.

Chebli said that once he returned to Algeria in May 2004, he was arrested and entered the prison, but the case ended under the law of national reconciliation, and he benefited from a patent in February 2006, a document that is available to echorouk as well.
