Algerian Yacine shot by a French racist cop

Mother of the victim Yassin Swileh Ms. Aibache Fatima, told Echorouk about the details of the crime with tears, asking the French authorities to realize justice, because her son has been murdered with premeditation, by a policeman working in Marseilles, adding that her son was in the supermarket of his friend, at the level of the neighborhood where the family lives.

“The accused policeman entered the supermarket to buy sandwiches, and directed his words to “Yacine”, asking him to throw his cigarette, but Yacine refused and responded by saying that the shop is not his, then skirmishes between the two started, but the policeman went beyond that and launched a series of insults against him and Arabs and Algerians. Yacine asked him to stop harming him with such swearing and cursing, but the cop turned quickly to his home, he carried his personal pistol and returned to the crime scene and shot Yacine on his leg, which caused a lot of bleeding, especially as the cop intentionally injured him at the level of the key nerve of blood which is very sensitive too”, Yacine’s mother said with a lot of pain.

The victim’s father called “Uncle Bachir” told Echorouk; “My son has never been implicated in any kind of crimes and offenses in France”.

Some of Yacine’s friends said that their friend was a victim of racism, that is still inherited in some French against Algerian immigrants, adding that the cop asked about the identity of the victim before returning to his home to take his gun and shot Yacine, and then he was under the influence of alcohol and uttered very ugly and racist words against them.
