The spokesman added that the dry cereals, pasta, drinks, meat and milk packs, as well as spices like cinnamon is mixed with the flour of saffron and thick sand.
“Large quantities of rice were imported in 2009, and the validity expired in 2011, but it was sold in Semmar Market,Algiers, which is uncontrolled and dangerous on the consumer”.
“Governors and mayors are responsible of the failure of the quantal plan on organising the national market, through achieving 1,000 local markets and 800 retail markets, because there was no allocation of real estate plan for this project”.
Boulenouar Asserted in press forum at the club of journalism in Tipaza, that the national economy lacks transparent ,studied and explicit statistics, which led to a loss in the public treasury worth 400 billion dinars.
“Fake commercial registers enable large traders from importers of corrupt foods to evade taxation. It is sad to see the absence of authorities towards the abuses that happen on the union, especially as more than 10.000 fake adherent cards were registered despite they carry the name of the president of the republic, for fraud on traders in order to gain two million dinars in one year.
