Algeria's New Government contains Doctors, University Professors, Engineers
The new government’s amendment brought three doctors of state, who are the National Education’s Minister Mr. Baba Ahmed Abdelatif, Mr. Mohammed Mebarki, Minister of Training and Professional education, and Mr. Belkacem Sahli, Secretary of State for the Algerian community abroad, but the government of Sallal maintained it’s structure and old age, counting eight ministers over 60, and only three ministers who are at least 45 years, and 16 ministers over 50.
The youngest minister is Belkassem Sahli, in charge of the Algerian community abroad. He was born in 1974 in Setif, Eastern Algeria, married and father of three. He is a PHD in applied mathematics from the university of Setif.
Minister of Housing Abdul Majid 67 , was born in 1945, holds a degree from the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, national School of Administration.
The Minister of Fisheries and Sea resources Sid’Ahmed Ferroukhi born on 11 July 1967 in Algiers, a father of two, 45-year-old, he is an engineer in agronomy.
Minister of Water Resources Houssine Nassib born in Tizi Ouzou, a father of three children, 45, graduated in engineering and public works.
The new MSP minister Bashir Mesitfa, Secretary of State to the Prime Minister in charge of Statistics, was born in 1961 in Metlili, Chaabna, in Ghardaia , he is 51, has a Master from UAE university.
Secretary of State in charge of Youth Belkacem Mallah, was born in 1960 in Oum Bouaki, a father of four, 52, Bachelor in Laws.
Minister of Urban Development and Environment, Amara Ben Younes, was born in 1958 in Ain Hammam (Tizi Ouzou), father of three, 54, he got a third degree in in international economy in Paris .
Secretary of State in charge of Tourism, Mohammed Amin Hadj Said, born in 1961 in Temouchent, father of three, 52, graduated in French literature.
Minister of National Education, Baba Ahmed Abdelatif, 61, born in 1951 in Tlemcen, a father of three, has a Ph.D. in chemistry.
Minister of Communication, Mohammed Oussaid Belaid, was born in 1947 in Batna, 65, graduated in political sciences .
Minister of Professional Training and Education, Mohammed Mebarki, 59, wa born in 1953 in Naama, father of three, has a state PHD in Physics at Montpellier university in France.
Minister of youth and Sports, Mohammed Tohami, born in 1959, 53, a PhD graduated in Medicine, specialist in heart disease.
The Minister of Justice, Mohammed Charfi, 66, from Guelma, has a PhD in rights.
Secretary of State in charge of Environment Dalila Boudjamaa, 58, a state engineer in agricultural sciences.
Minister of Health, Population and Hospitals’ Reform, Ziari, 67, from Constantine, eastern Algeria, fater of two, graduated in medicine, stomach and viscera diseases, one of the ancient ministers.
