Algiers: war weapons seized in North Korean embassy container

Customs seized on Thursday North Korean embassy’s container of undeclared weapons including guns, war and hunting fusils and bullet-resistant vests in the Port of Algiers, Echorouk has learnt.

Sources say customs also found luxury furniture of a Korean diplomat who started working in Algeria. Investigation is underway to find more details about the issue.

This case is considered as one of the “very sensitive” issues, according to the same sources.
