Amar Ghoul: “Time of dealing with Foreign Offices of Studies is overâ€
Minister of Public Works Amar Ghoul said that time of dealing with foreign offices of studies is over.
He also announced that government will accompany its national capacities through launching financial purification of public offices, with the establishment of a special fund to provide loans for offices of private studies, and accompany them in the field of training, through establishing national schools for public works.
Amar Ghoul asserted, during the special day for offices and laboratories of technical studies, on Tuesday, that government is launching the process of financial purification in the public offices of studies and expertise, and will help them through providing amounts of money for investment on this field. As for the offices belonging to private owners, a fund will be established to provide banking loans.
The minister revealed on the decision to establish three projects in the field of training that wait government’s agreement, including the establishment of a high school for studies in management, another one for public works and a national centre for controlling quality of works.
He added that these schools will be put under supervision of public and private offices for training of their staff and human resources, in order to penetrate the market and develop its production to reach the international market, expressing the possibility to review the basic law for offices of studies.
