The leader of the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC) Abdelmalek Droudkel (Abou Musab Abdelouadoud) was late again in claiming responsibility for the failed suicide attack in Lakhdaria (120 km east of Algiers).

It is the second time that the media committee of this terrorist group has taken a long time to claim responsibility for its crimes. Security observers in Algeria believe that this situation reflects the loss of the group’s command of its prior ability to manufacture propaganda via the Internet as it used to do in earlier times.

Other sources told Echorouk that, the media committee of Droudkal’s group hesitated to claim responsibility for these acts in which a limited number of civilians were killed.
