“ANSEJ” youth to conduct “AADL” Housing
“ANSEJ” youth will be hired to conduct the houses of selling under leasing AADL, as an initial typical phase in the capital, before generalizing this procedure, if it will succeed, at the national level, with dissolving ADEL enterprise for the conduct of real estate “Jestimo”, Minister of Housing and Urbanism, Abdelmadjid Tebboune announced.
The minister sent a correspondent to the Ministry of Finance to dispatch a Committee from the General Inspectorate of Finance to investigate the conduct of operations during the previous stage, after the appointment of a new Director last March, at the time the former director is residing in now.
Minister of Housing and Urbanism Abdelmadjid Tebboune, criticized the managers of AADL Houses, grouped under the banner of AADL for the real estate conduct, and pledged to resolve the institution if things will not be good, as he granted two months to its users to organize themselves and identify the functions of each one of them and do them to the fullest “to give respectable neighborhoods”.
Minister of Housing , who called on the Secretary General of the Central Trade Union , Abdelmadjid Sidi Said, to attend the meeting , reviewed modern images that are dating back to the 8th of September from the reality that was experienced by the residential neighborhoods of AADL, with a number of cities of the country , especially Algiers, as it showed the complete absence of hygiene, with the conversion of stores to places for waste collection , and the lack of green spaces , as well as the lack of security and lighting and the problem of elevators , which is repeated every time, as AADL houses contain 323 disabled elevators out of 1,456, and there are 255 under warranty to the end time .
Tebboune considered the matter unacceptable, especially since the money which is spent on enterprise users is very considerable, as it was estimated in the range of 60 billion centimes per year, that are paid to salaries out of 111 billion centimes as incomes of the company from the contributions of citizens who pay 2,000 dinars per month, as they are supposed to collect 120 billion ZDZ.
