Applicants for public promotional housing program to pay first part by 2014

General Director of the National Enterprise of Real-estate Promotion Amar Glati Wednesday said selected applicants for public promotional housing program will be called in starting by 2014 to pay 20 percent of their houses price.

“Applicants should not be worried about delay in reply. The National Enterprise of Real-estate Promotion reinforced its capacities to speed up applications examination,” Glati told Echorouk.

“Commissions in charge of applications examination finished their work in most of provinces. The applications will be submitted to the general department while door is still open for new applicants,” he added.

The Enterprise launched projects to build 3,000 houses in the capital while 15,000 people applied for the program in the rest of the provinces.

The projects will be accomplished by private, public and joint ventures. Projects with less than 1,000 houses and more than 500 will be handled by joint ventures.

Speaking about the houses price, Glati said it was fixed and will be linked to real-estate price before its final announcement.

He added that applications for AADL housing project 2001/2002 which were transferred to promotional projects are estimated at 5,300. Applicants will be called in starting by December 15^th.
