Army kills terrorists in Algeria

Algerian army killed two terrorists Saturday and wounded many others in Mizrana forest in the province of Boumerdes (50 km east of Algeria), a military local source said.

• The shelling of suspected places in the forest started, three days ago, followed by a large-scale combing operation, says the same source.

• In the province of Tlemcen (west of Algeria), the army forces killed two other terrorists Thursday. They belonged to the Salafist Preaching Protectors led by Mounder Abdelatif based on Algeria’s west borders, according to investigators.

• On Friday, Algerian military troops surrounded a number of houses in Maghnia (west of Algeria) to prevent two hiding terrorists from escaping.

• The commander of the military operation called on the terrorists to surrender before getting into the area and killing them.
