Belkhadem: “All parties and associations to participate in the constitutional amendment”

Secretary-General of the National Liberation Front, Abdelaziz Belkhadem criticized the statements of his partner in the presidential coalition, Abu Jarra Sultani, who said in a press conference that the constitutional review needs specialists and qualified in law not to a large number of participants.

 Belkhadem added, in his speech at the opening of the Conference of the National Organization for Algerian students in Tipaza, that various political classes, parties, associations and civil society groups will participate to the amendment of constitution and law of elections and parties.

 “Algeria will not submit a candidate for the Arab League’s Secretariat and will be committed to neutrality and refuse to be part of the Libyan conflict. Algeria seeks a respectable position towards the situation in the Arab countries”, he asserted during a meeting with the press.
