Ben Djeddo:''We coordinate with Algeria in besieging terrorists, Belaid murderers''
Tunisian Interior Minister, Lotfi Ben Djeddo, revealed on two terrorist groups which are besieged on the borders between Algeria and Tunisia.
Ben Djeddou praised the experience of the various Algerian security services in dealing with terrorism, and explained that the Tunisian Salafist groups are monitored by the Tunisian security and army; “We are aware of their movements in all the regions of the country”.
Tunsiai interior minister, Lotfi Ben JDjeddo, said on Saturday, in an interview with the Tunisian newspaper “Maghreb” that the terrorist groups stationed on the border with Algeria, does not contain a large number, and talked about the two groups that are besieged by the Army and the Guards of Tunisia, and also by the Algerian security services;”We are coordinating with Algeria and will soon arrest the terrorists”, diminishing the threat of the Tunisian jihadist groups on his country and on Algeria in a reassuring message,
“Salafist groups are under surveillance, and we are controlling them and know them by name, we are familiar with their movements in the entire regions of the country,” including the leader of the jihadi movement called “Abu Ayad,” who “has the ability to disguise to the extent of wearing the niqab, which made it difficult to arrest him.”
”Those involved in the assassination of the leftist opposition Shukri Belaïd, likely escape out of the country, as there is coordination with neighboring Libya and Algeria to arrest them.We do not rule out the possibility that some of those involved in the assassination left homeland, and we are looking for them at home and abroad, as we coordinate in this regard with the Libyans and Algerians.”
