Algerian High Education Minister, Rachid Haraoubia

Algerian head of government, Abdelaziz Belkhadem issued an ordinance ordering the integration of young graduates in social life in a move to promote local development in all sectors of activities and eradicate precariousness and marginalization.

The decree urges local authorities to give a chance to the young graduates, in accordance with their abilities, skills and degrees, to participate in the development of the economic and social life of the administrations and public institutions, in return these young people will benefit from social security and other rights included in work legislation.

For that purpose, the government established a set of conditions that must be fulfilled by the young applicants to be illegible, notably they must be aged between 19 – 35 years of Algerian nationality, with no revenue whatsoever. Once these conditions fulfilled the local administration will forward the applications to the relevant committee for approval.

The selected university graduates will sign a one year contract renewable another year only with a salary of 10000 Algerian Dinars.
