Cambridge’ Language Solutions to train Algerian English teachers

Language Solutions general manger (Cambridge University affiliate in Algiers) Kacem Ben Djalloul revealed that his institutions struck a deal with the Algerian ministry of education regarding the training and knowledge upgrading of the Algerian English teachers.

  • The deal, sealed during the Duke of York’s visit to Algiers, talks about a five year term contract crowned by an internationally- acknowledged certificate of achievement.
  • Kacem Ben Djelloul said that his school, established in Algeria since 2003, is operating in 140 countries worldwide and is set to provide English courses to the Algerian flight company’s pilots and engineers in a bid to enact the international agreement which forbids non-English speaking pilots to fly on international lines.
  • In a declaration to “Echourouk”, he added that his institution will, for the first time ever in Algeria, organize training sessions on industrial safety in the hydrocarbons field with the collaboration of “Petrofac” company and London energy club.
  • Various other projects were revealed by M Kacem notably, sessions on Mnagement and Busiiness English dedicated national and foreign employees here in Algeria, including the Algerian Bank, Algerian Flight Company, Nedjma, djezzy, Haliburton, Anadarco, Sonatrach, British Petroleum, and Novartis.
  • Language Solutions provides also English exams and delivers certificates eligible in US, British, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand universities. The institution opened three branches, one in Oran (west of Algeria), Annaba (eastern) and the southern city of Hassi Messaoud counting some 2200 students.
