CAN 2012: “The Greens of Algeria eager to subdue Central African Republic's squad in Bangui qualifier”
The Greens of Algeria, under the guidance of newly-appointed national team coach, Abdelhak Benchikha, will be facing today Sunday at 15h (Algerian time) the squad of the Central African Republic in Bangui stadium as part of the second group stage qualifier of the Africa cup of nations football competition due to jointly hosted in 2012 by Gabon and Guinea Bissau.
- The mission of the Algerian players will be extremely difficult in Bangui but they have repeatedly vowed over the past few days that they will do their utmost to come out victorious from their decisive away confrontation against the national team of the Central African Republic who are said to be hard to deal with especially at home.
- The Bangui fixture will be a crucial test for the Algerian “Desert Warriors” who are compelled to wrench a victory over their opponents of the day or at least secure a draw in order not to forfeit their qualification chances for the 2012 CAN competition.
- According to reports from Bangui, everything has been going on smoothly for the Algerian squad since their arrival there three days ago on a direct flight from Algiers so as to provide the players and the technical staff alike with the best amenities of a safe and restful trip towards the Central African Republic.
- All things considered, a serene and easy-going atmosphere now prevails within the Algeria line-up under the guidance of national coach Abdelhak Benchikha who has sensitized his players to the paramount importance of this second away qualifier in Bangui urging them to believe in their great potentialities and to clinch the three points of victory with flying colours.
- The Greens’ mission in Bangui will be truly very difficult but not impossible, so let’s hope for the best !
