Chinese pay 10 million Euros, Japanese devotes 10 million dollars to supply Algerian public works institutes

Algerian public works ministry managed to ensure supply from a Chinese and a Japanese groups in charge of the East-West Motorway for two institutes. Ten million Euros and $10 million are allocated for the institutes.

Chinese Citic/CRCC will be in charge of supplying the superior institute for of big projects management while the Japanese consortium Cojaal will supply the establishment of a national centre for big projects quality control.

 

This step comes within pragmatic partnership between countries.

 

According to Algerian public works minister Ammar Ghoul, the two institutes train national executives who could ensure the management and control of big projects. A total of 2,000 executives will be trained in the institutes.

 The national agency of motorways which supervises the East-West Motorway relies on French, Canadian and Italian bureaus of control studies to ensure control and follow up the project.
