Citizens should help government to combat trafficking, PM Sellal says

Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal announced Tuesday the reviving of the housing program “ADL” in order to settle the outstanding 150.000 files, denying a rise in the prices of electricity, water and fuel, and pledged to improve public service, criticizing the administration, which he said it is in a valley‭ and citizens in ‭another valley, ‭ ‬insisting on the fight against ‭ ‬corruption, and tightening national reconciliation ‭. ‬

Sellal added in his presentation of the project of the government before the People’s Congress, that it is a plan to complete the program of the President, and that the international economic crisis and insecurity require joining everyone in the home front, “to avoid the malicious hands which want to tamper the national unity”, which is considered as ‭ ‬ an explicit invitation by the ‭ ‬ ‭ ‬ ‭ ‬ PM to the political class . ‬

The Prime Minister adopted a speech that carries a lot of hope for the citizens, contrary to Ahmed Ouyahia, who was not inclined to the popular procedures; “all measures contained in the plan of the government is in the interest of citizens, to preserve the security and improvement of the living conditions. The completion of the political reforms initiated by the President, and the constitutional review and upgrading the good governance and modernization of state institutions, the strengthening of freedoms and rights are a priority, he also promised to organize ‭ ‬ effective local elections, ‭ ‬showing special ‭ ‬ attention ‭ ‬for ‭ ‬ improving the ‭ ‬ level of ‭ ‬ living conditions, ‭ ‬ and ‭ ‬ ‭ ‬ fighting bureaucracy.
