Clavicular Housing: Beneficiaries to pay 280.000 ZDZ instead of 800.000 ZDZ

Ministry of Housing approved substantial amendments on how to take advantage of the formula of clavicular housing that is supported by government, and among these amendments there is the reduction of initial contribution of the beneficiary from 40% of the total price of the apartment to between 10 and 20%, enabling beneficiaries from an apartment within this formula, which was formerly known as contribution housing by 280.000 AD instead of 800.000 AD which were previously paid at once.

These new measures came in the framework of organizing the procedures to obtain subsidized clavicular residences, and another series of measures that will be released later in the regulatory decrees.

Director of housing in Algiers, said in a statement to the Bahdja radio channel, that the amendments approved by the new Minister of Housing Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in the form of the supported upgraded housing, most notably reducing the initial contribution of the beneficiary to between 10 and 20%, adding that the project of 12.000 houses in the capital Algiers will start by the end of December 2012.
The spokesman asserted that the reduction of the initial contribution to the range of 10%, will enable the beneficiaries to pay the initial amount, and will enable them with the same amount to get supporting documents for eligibility to housing, pointing out that the initial percentage which the beneficiary paid was in the range of 40%.
“The bebeneficiary can go to the banks to take a loan to complete the value of what it is the price of the apartment. The 12.000 housing program, noticed the delivery of 6000 houses to public contractors or offices of housing and real estate promotion, which is supposed to begin by realzing the projects by the end of the current year, as the tender was directed to private entrepreneurs to complete 6000 houses which will be launched with the first quarter of 2013. Regulatory measures have been adopted, including non-delivery of housing units without warranty of completing the projects with public facilities, which ensures the corporate nature of the project.
