Collective escape of 200 Algerian illegal immigrants in Spain
Over 200 Algerian illegal immigrants escape from the temporary detention of the foreigners in the Spanish city “Ceuta”, due to the miserable situation in the detention, where most of the escape operations were in form of an insurgency and mass run away.
Spanish media quoted the police report in the Spanish city of Ceuta, as saying that since the beginning of this year, the provisional detention center for foreigners noticed the escape of more than 250 illegal immigrants, including more than 200 Algerians, the last of them was a group of fifty illegal immigrants, who have launched a sit-in in the Kings Square in the same city a few days ago, not to mention the frequent brawls with African illegal immigrants, and that led to the death of an Algerian last year.
The report showed that most of the Algerians who had fled from the center of the Ceuta, succeeded in reaching the Spanish part of the European continent, pointing out that the city of Ceuta turned into the most important gate of the Algerians to Spain, after the decline in activity of boats that are launched from Algerian coasts towards the south of Spain, especially in light of the Moroccan illegal activity that help the Algerian illegal immigrants to reach the Spanish soil.
