Disabled Children Celebrate Mandela Day
Officials of the South African Embassy to Algeria have celebrated the 94th birthday of African Icon and former President Nelson Mandela at an orphonage in Mohammadia, Algiers.
Officials of the South African Embassy to Algeria have celebrated the 94th birthday of African Icon and former President Nelson Mandela at an orphonage in Mohammadia, Algiers.
The Ambassador and his staff carried presents and food to disabled children of the orphonage to commemorate the Nelson Mandela Day. They sung special bithday songs and danced with the children on African music rythms.
The delegation inaugurated with the director of the orphonage the Mandela play ground offered by the Embassy. The Ambassador promised a continuous support to the orphanage reflecting the strong and deep relationships between Algeria and South Africa.
