Diseases kill terrorists in Algeria
Tens of terrorists belonging to the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC) have recently died of diseases provoked by dirtiness, cold and humidity, new repentant terrorists say.
-
Terrorists are suffering from a deteriorating situation as they have been besieged for a long time and their food hideouts have been destroyed.
-
Previously, dissidents of the GSPC led by Abdelmalek Droudkel had said many terrorists died of plague.
-
“Dissidents of Droudkel’s command were promoting information on plague being spread among terrorists to make them surrender and revenge from Droudkel,” said a new repentant terrorist.
-
Another one in Boumerdes province (50 km east of Algiers) said the Black Death rumour was meant to put pressure on the terrorist command.
-
Algerian army had destroyed a large number of hideouts to stop diseases spread, especially that some of them are located close to barracks and housing compounds, Echorouk has learnt.
