Echorouk Forum: Member of Islam's Council in Paris Abdallah Zakaria: “Sarkozy Ignored Muslims' Rights”
Mr. Abdallah Zekri, a member of Islam’s Council in Paris warn, at Echorouk Forum, of the growing danger of racial discrimination against the Muslim community in the various French cities, and called on the judicial authorities to take strict punitive measures against those who stand behind those practices that are threatening the security of Muslims.
Adviser of Paris Mosque criticised the French media, which play an important role in developing “racism“ by publishing false facts against Muslims, asserting that the French authorities were planning to burn the body of Mohamed Marah, after the Algerian authorities refused the demand of his mother to burry him in Algeria, after the uproar she caused to obtain a permit from the mayor of “Toulouse“.
Abdellah Zekri, who is in charge of the follow up of the file of the young Mouhammad Marah, who was assassinated by the French security services months ago said; ” I threatened the mayor of Toulouse asked him to choose between giving me permission to burry him or left his body in front of the municipality. The issue became more serious and reached the office of the former President Francois Sarkozy, who ordered the burrial in order to stop the debate on this issue“.
“Some brothers called me and said his mother wishes his burial in Algeria, while his brother asked me that Mohammed before his death said he wanted be buried in Toulouse, si I called his brother to ask for his mother and we send the message to the consulate for a procedure of his burrial in Algeria, and because Algeria refused to do so, the municipality of “Toulouse” refused to give us the permission to bury him, in a desire to implicate the Algerian state, because of the fact that Algeria has not recognized him, although the Algerian position was good somewhat because Mohamed Marah does not have neither the French nationality nor the Algerian nationality as well, and he is not registered at the consulate”, he added.
On the other hand, Abdellah Zakaria expressed fears of the racits of those who belong to the extreme right to output his body and burn it, months after his burial.
