Education creates 1,000 new jobs for inspectors in Algeria
Algerian education minister Abu Bekr Ben Bouzid said Monday his department will create 1,000 new inspector positions including 500 in primary school level.

“The education ministry will provide every high school with two computer laboratories,” Ben Bouzid told a news conference in Algiers.

He also said junior high schools across the country will benefit from one or two computer laboratories while primary schools will get 10 computers for each.

Ben Bouzid said the ministry will appoint university graduates to teach computer skills as an independent subject at primary and high schools starting from the next school year.

He added that the inspectors will be given laptops with internet connexion and will be benefit from an online training.
