Education: Employees to benefit from 500.000 ZDZ to buy or build houses

National Committee of Social Services will start in the granting of loans for marriage, buying or building houses for the benefit of workers and staff of the national education sector, by the new year 2013, so that they will benefit from 500.00 dinars without interest, to be withheld from their monthly wages, while the employees who prepare their wedding will benefit from an advance of 100.000 dinars.

Head of the National Committee of Social Services, Abderrahmane Belmachri, said in a statement to Echorouk; ” The committee’s website www.cnoste.dz, was launched to enable workers and employees to identify all of the data and information that are important to them closely, whether itcomes to the services or future projects that the commission intends to launch.

“Minister of national Education, Baba Ahmed Abdelatif, supervised last week, at the inauguration of a central management structure, pending the reception and delivery of the tasks of the management structure”.

“National Committee for Social Services will start by the new year 2013, immediately in the granting of loans for the benefit of workers and employees across all wilayas, to buy or build houses, provided that they are registered with one of the housing formulas, whether with rent “ADL” or with the covalent renting, and have already contributed by paying 10%. The employee or worker will benefit from the interest-free loan, which is estimated to 500.00 Dinars, to be reimbursed on a monthly basis by paying 10.000 dinars for employees and 8.000 dinars for simple workers, ata time the committee is thinking about reviewing the price for workers, through reducing it in alignment with their monthly income.

With regard tothe future programs, the Chairman of the Committee Abderraahman Belmachri, asserted that the committee intends to enter into a partnership with the National Agency to improve the housing and develop “ADL”, or any other agency for real estate, according to law, and regarding sector’ employees who prepare their wedding, they would receive an advance of marriage valued at 100.000zdz.
