Egyptian MPs blame Algeria for the gas supply shortage
In a desperate move to justify the bottled gas supply shortage that undermines the Egyptian regime, the members of parliament have simply laid the blame on the Algerian authorities accusing them of being responsible of the Egyptian domestic policy’s failure.

Meanwhile, the Egyptian Energy’s ministry linked the so called “bottled gas main crisis” to the events that surrounded the football match between Algeria and Egypt counting for the qualification to the World Cup competition.

The poor majority of the Egyptian people didn’t except the fact that the price of a bottled gas skyrocketed to reach 60 Egyptian Pound in a country that exports huge quantities to the neighboring Israel. In addition to the prices’ plight, they have to beat the bushes to be supplied, knowing that the landslide majority of the population use bottled gas to heat or cook.

Talking during a meeting session of the Energy and Industrial Production Forum, a consultative council’s member has declared” Arab countries have disregarded their political and economic commitments”, calling, at the same time, on his government to take swift actions; the member pushed his provocation further when he laid the responsibility on gas exporting countries like, Qatar, Iran and Algeria to wander” How is it possible that a tiny country like Qatar hosts the Gas Exporting Countries’ Headquarter..?”.
