This case file is concerning foreign tourists abduction and terrorist groups help with light and heavy arms, in which four assistants of “Amar Saifi” named “Abderrazak El Para”, are involved, but handling the file’s was postponed to the next session because of the accused “K.Abdelmadjid” 23 years old nicknamed “Asim Abou Okba”, and “B.Benghalia” 27 years old from Djelfa Province (west of Algeria) defence’ absence.

  • The four men are accused of belonging to terrorist groups which were active in Batna province (East of Algeria) in 1994. They also revealed “we bought war weapons from Malian government, including machine guns and shells, and we were attending terrorist courses which were given by a Yemeni terrorist, who urged us to establish “The Islamic State” by force, but he was wiped out by security forces later on, and we bought heavy weapons from Chad including long-term missiles and mines, until their arrest by a Chadian group which extradited them to Algeria.
