ESSetif midfielder confesses to Echorouk

In an exclusive interview to Echourok, ESSetif midfielder, HAdj Aissa reveals from Casablanca, Morocco that he was about to join one of the European clubs declining to give the name of his future destination before signing the contract.

Does your last win over the Moroccan “Widad Casablanca” suppose that you have clinched for the second time the Arab Champions League title?

Thanks god we’ve done very good in the away match that will help us prepare the second leg in good conditions, we can say that we’re on the right track and close to crowning.

You were under pressure, but managed the match cleverly, what was the plan?

We were concentrated to the maximum all along the full period and didn’t react to the fans’ intimidations, the plan was to absorb the other side’s pressure and proceed to fast counterattacks. As time went on, we grew more confident notably in the second half till the scoring of our player, Touil.

It seems that you have recovered your form, as if were not injured at all?

Thanks god I feel good and proved to many that I’m not done yet, I was always doing my best to recover my abilities.

What are your first impressions ahead of today’s match against JSMBejaia?

The task is tough but we’ll try to do our best, despite fatigue, it’s not rational to come back to Algiers after a tiresome week than mover to Bejaia to play tomorrow, but we are confident.

 There is news about your comeback to the Algerian squad, how do you see your future with the “Fenecs”?

It’s an honor to defend the colors of one’s country, as I’m concerned I’m ready to give all I can to recover the glorious past of our national squad, with the help of my squad mates of course.

Several European clubs got in touch with you to sign a professional contract, what is your future destination?

 I‘ve decided that this season would be the last fore me in the Algerian league, thanks god it coincides with the final match of the Arab champions League. Clinching the trophy would be the best present for my farewell to the Algerian league.

 What are the clubs that contacted you?

Several ones from different European countries, but I cannot disclose the names for the moment, I’ve promised to myself that I’ll do it once put my signature on the contract.

According to our sources, the Belgium club FC Bruges is very interested?

Where did you get this information? As I‘m concerned, I promised not to reveal the name yet.
