Eurozone finance ministers tackle economic revival plan
European finance ministers discussed during a Monday encounter ways of enforcing an emergency economic rejuvenation plan aimed at fending off the looming recession in the Eurozone.
-
The plan is also to be examined on Tuesday by all the member-countries of the European Union in the framework of a broad-based meeting of the executive E.U commission.
-
Reports from Brussels say that the cost of the E.U sponsored bail-out plan is estimated at around 200 billion euros.
-
The ministerial meeting is preparatory to a high-level conference of E.U heads of state and government slated for December 11-12 in the Belgian capital.
-
The E.U leaders are expected to adopt during their upcoming get-together, an action plan designed to mitigate the nefarious impact of the current economic meltdown and to spur the lagging economic growth in the European Union.
