Experimental BAC, Sports' Middle Stage exams to start on May 4

Education Directorates launched the process of creating centers for correcting and conducting the three official examinations, to be delivered on the names of the centers, Directors and corrector of the National Office for official exams, before Dec. 31.

Education Directorates registered a high proportion of candidates for the baccalaureate because of the high repetition rate, which will pose the problem of shortage of guards.

Informed sources told Echorouk that every Directorate of Education is obliged to send a list of correctors, guards and members of the Secretariat and the list of centers for correction to the Court of competitions before the end of the current year, in order to verify them. 

At the time of the directorates expressed fear after counting the number of candidates for the baccalaureate exam in particular that poses the problem of the lack of guards, because of the doubled number of candidates due to the high rate of repetition and return in the third and fourth years of the secondary stage.

Echorouk sources said that the Directorates of Education will have to use all the professors in primary and middle phases, for the mission of control in order to solve the problem, and cover the shortfall that may come in the school exams, especially if the National Office for Exams and Competitions decided to keep the same action last year in relation to the guards, and the recruitment of five guards for free candidates, compared with three guards for pupils, especially as the number of contractual and temporary teachers is large and have not the right to guard.

Experimented exams will be launched on May 4, instead of the second of May. And it comes to the sports BAC for the students of the third year, and secondary education exam in physical education, music and painting for students of the fourth year’s middle stage.
