Finance Bill Postponed until the Inclusion of Forced Amendments

Governors of the Republic received a correspondence from the Interior Ministry, asking them to reduce management expenses of all kinds, especially those related to expenses of official missions, overtime, transport expenses, forums and all the courtesy activities of various kinds, at a time the ministerial departments enter an open confrontation with their programs, to prioritize the projects, in light of the lack of new projects in the draft finance law, pursuant to the government’s decision to reduce the overall state’s budget of the state by 10%, in preparation to the finance bill ‭of ‭2013. ‬

According to government sources, the executive body postponed discussion of the finance bill to August 15, to grant the finance Ministry more time to include new amendments on the version that was created by the Finance Minister Karim Djoudi last Wednesday, and on which Ouyahia issued about it an orders to include amendments, ‭as it is‬ a ‭version ‭that does ‭not ‭brough a focus of meetings of ministerial councils, as ‭usual‭. ‬
