FLN Crisis:New legal battle between Saadani and his opponents

FLN party members of correction and opponents of the Secretary-General, Ammar Saadani, start in the preparation of a new judicial file to file a lawsuit against the results of August 29th meeting of the Central Committee and what results from decisions and meetings.

FLN leader Abdelkarim Abada, told Echorouk in a phone conversation, that a meeting for the same purpose was held at the headquarters of the movement of correction’s headquarters on Saturday in Draria, Algiers, where the meeting’s decision was to file a lawsuit.

“What was built on falsehood is false”, as this decision emerged after consultation with lawyers and law experts.

“I call upon members of the Central Committee to reject the situation and say their word before history which is ruthless, and records all big and small matter. If you are unable to defend the truth and say a true word, does not clap for the void. Members of the Central Committee should join their counterparts who signed against Saadani. The process of collecting signatures is still ongoing and the awareness campaign among activists is continuing as well. The boiling situation began to spread across the Wilayas”.
