Football: Algerian professional player Kamel Ghiles coveted by Manchester United, Real Madrid

According to a Portuguese sports Magazine, the talented Algerian striker Kamel Ghiles, who now plays with Portuguese first- division team of Guimares, is coveted by both Manchester United and Real Madrid .

The Algerian striker who has shone this season with Guimares club has attracted the attention of several top European coaches including Arsene Wenger of Arsenal who is said to be keen to secure a transfer next season of Ghiles to the prestigious London team.

For his part, the Algerian midfielder of Scottish team Glasgow Rangers Ibrahim Hemdani has expressed the hope to wind up his footballing career with a participation with the Algeria national squad in the 2010 World Cup finals due to be hosted by South Africa.

Ibrahim Hemdani told an English Sports Magazine that things were going smoothly for him with Glasgow Rangers but he did not exclude the possibility of joining a top European squad next season if he ever receives a serious offer.
